JG Tokyo

Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten presents his signature world-renowned cuisine to Roppongi Hills with JG Tokyo, which showcases the freshest local and seasonal seafood from Tsukiji Fish Market and the surrounding areas. JG Tokyo, situated on one of the most prominent and cosmopolitan streets in Tokyo, Keyakizaka-dori, seats 30 guests, with 14 exclusive counter seats.

Jean-Georges presents a 13-course Omakase experience, for one seating each night, in front of an ultra-modern exhibition style open kitchen. A la carte dining is available for guests to enjoy in the upstairs lounge. Chef Fumio Yonezawa trained directly under Chef Jean-Georges at his flagship, Jean-Georges, New York City.

Stairs surround artist Reiko Sudo’s light fabric sculpture leading to the intimate dining salon upstairs. A subtle palette of sand stone, washed and tanned wood and textured leather, complemented by Herve Descottes’ lighting, the Gwenal Nicolas design introduces Jean-Georges vision to Tokyo.

Hostess attire has been designed exclusively by New York based designer, Rubin Singer.
