Chef Jean-Georges’ acclaimed restaurant serves an innovative blend of French-Asian fare, flavored with herbs from its own organic garden. Dune’s British Colonial design was created by famed French interior designer Christian Liaigre, featuring a display kitchen as well as outdoor patios overlooking the beach.
